What’s included in the setup cost?

The setup fee covers everything — model preparation, UI setup, pricing logic, file output configuration, CRM integration, training, and initial support.

What does the commission cover?

The commission fee gives you access to hosting, file automation, order management, support, and all backend services. It scales down as your revenue grows.

Is there a recurring monthly fee?

We charge a one-time setup fee + a small commission per transaction (billed monthly). That’s it — no surprise charges or hidden costs.

Can I upgrade later?

Yes. You can start small with one model and scale up to more models, UI customization, or integrations as needed.

How fast can we go live?

Basic iframe-based configurators can go live within days. Full-scale logic + CRM setups typically take 2–4 weeks.

What kind of support is included?

All plans include onboarding and direct support. Our Standard and Turnkey packages include Slack/WhatsApp access and a dedicated manager.

Are there any additional fees beyond the listed pricing?

Commission fees listed in the pricing section are charged by BeeGraphy and are indicated with an asterisk (*). Depending on your configuration, there may also be separate charges for third-party services like Shopify, Stripe, or CRM/ERP systems, based on their respective pricing models.
